  Every time I go through the drive threw there is like 3 people passing me things at once then I'm told to pull around the side so they can get there drive threw times down even if there is no one else in the drive through.

  There are ALWAYS staff standing around or mindlessly "cleaning" while there is a line, often of three or more people, waiting to even place their order...

  Whenever I go in I'm told it'll be like 8 minutes for eggs or something and everyone is too focused on the drive threw times to give decent service to the people inside.

  Sometimes good, other times extremely slow, even when there are hardly any customers in the store or drive-thru. This store does not seem to be as well managed as the other locations in St. Albert which offer a far more consistent experience.

  This is seriously the worst Tim hortons I've ever been to. I come here quite frequently as it is closest to my house but they mess my order up about 80% of the time. I'm continuously charged for farmers breakfast wraps and receive no hash brown on them.

  Slow as F**k line up takes forever and staff feel its more important to laugh and goof around then it is to serve customers. Watched a bagel take as long to make as my philly steak sandwhich... How does that work
