  Car went into the shop after a minor accident during an icy week in Edmonton. Insurance company set me up with enterprise rent a car, staff were friendly but most of the cars were out on loan leaving me with a vw beetle as the only option. I wanted a sedan so I was reluctant to take the beetle. Upon returning the car I told Albert my rental agent my experience and he offered me a discount on my next rental car with enterprise. The fact that Albert acknowledged my issue and offered to make things right to improve my customer service experience shows that this location cares about their customers' needs and satisfaction.

  I just finished dealing with these kind people. Even though my insurance was dealing with the cost of the car I still got outstanding service! Kurtis Watts was so much help, I was having issues with my insurance company and he informed my of some information that helped so much getting stuff done with my Insurance! I applaud the effort they put into making customers happy! I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a rental!

  The girl that served me provided an outstanding job. I had a rental paid from Honda, since they mess up my appointment and since they would take over a day to do what was needed on my car, they had to pay for the rental. Since I refused to bring the car to enterprise for the distance, etc... Honda told me to leave the car with them. What I didn't know is that, if any damage would occur while the car was there, I would be responsible. So the girl at Enterprise explained the problem to me and contacted Honda and made them another piece of paper taking full responsibility if anything would happened to the while parked in their property.

  Excellent staff, really friendly and kind. Even though the shuttle driver (due to maps not working out well) got a bit lost, felt safe and very satisfied with the drive. Thank you for the free upgrade due to the issue with late pickup. The rental was lovely, if needing a rental in the future will rent again from this company.
