  Here's what I like about this place. The staff, super friendly super helpful. Not all, but the main 4 I see when I'm there.

  Very clean and well equipped facility. The guy at the front desk is very polite and friendly, a totally different experience from the GoodLife clubs in Toronto.

  As a newer location for Goodlife fitness the place is clean and tidy (aka not run down like some of the older clubs). Locations and hours are also good. I quite like the big windows and tall ceilings to give the place an airy feeling (this is a big pro for me). My only small concern is that the front desk staff are never particularly friendly - I am not sure what their purpose is, as the key tag scan doesn't really need them.

  Probably my favorite location of all. Used to go here all the time when i lived in St. Albert. Now that I live Southside, the closer gym is Terwillger?. This spot is SOO much better. I usually see the late night staff and they are awesome

  No one's a dick which is nice. And people don't spend the whole time in front of the mirror taking selfies which is also pretty cool.

  Also, not filled with guys who just ripped on roids making you feel like you don't know what your doing so that's pretty cool too.

  Great staff. Nice atmosphere. I like working out here. Equipment is not always maintained and be slow to repair. Equipment upkeep such as tightening bolts, oiling rails, etc. take months to complete.
